UC Santa Barbara's Response to the Global Pandemic

Campus officials continue to work closely with the Santa Barbara County Public 健康 Department and with the Office of the President to provide our community with the most current information regarding the global COVID-19 pandemic. The university has in place a COVID-19 working group and a COVID-19 response team to adapt to the situation as it evolves.

学生 and employees are encouraged to consult with their health care providers and to obtain additional information from the California Department of Public 健康Centers for Disease Control.

The campus’s COVID-19 Call Center is open from 8 a.m. 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at (805) 893-3113 to assist students, 教师 and staff with questions related to the campus’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Questions also can be emailed to

Campus Requirements

The campus observes the UC-wide vaccination policy for all students and employees, and has instituted specific requirements for symptom screening, testing and masking.
